Paul H. Wein received his J.D. from Albany Law School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany. He was admitted to practice in February of 1976 and is currently a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American, New York State and Capital District Trial Lawyer’s Associations.

Mr. Wein has tried cases in the Supreme Court of Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Warren, Washington, Columbia, Greene and Delaware Counties to name a few. He has tried numerous cases in the Court of Claims against the State of New York as well as in the United States District Court, Northern District of New York.

In addition to Supreme Court, District Court and Court of Claims trial experience, Mr. Wein has litigated numerous administrative matters before various State and Federal agencies. He has also argued dozens of cases at the Appellate level. He is the former Town of Guilderland Planning and Zoning Board Counsel and has served as counsel to the Albany County Legislative Minority.

Mr. Wein has served as a member of the Board of Governors of St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital since 1973. He is currently a member of the St. Jude Board of Directors.
