Cynthia LaFave, Esq. says, “I am a personal injury attorney because I strongly believe that all people deserve the strongest representation to protect them in their time of need. Myself and all the partners fight as hard as we can for our clients. That’s what we see our job as and we all take it very, very seriously.”
LaFave speaks strongly for our entire firm. All people do deserve the “strongest representation” and we pride ourselves on supplying just that. We make sure to always work as hard as we can to get you the dollars that you deserve.
Our results back up that that’s the case. We have secured hundreds of millions of dollars for our clients. Our attorneys have over 100 years of combined experience.
All three of the firms partners, Cynthia S. LaFave, Esq., Paul H. Wein, Esq. and Jason A. Frament, Esq. have been named Super Lawyers – a great honor that speaks to the quality of their work.
All of the attorneys at the firm have always been unwavering advocates for the injured. They have always practiced with integrity, experience and an unwavering dedication to getting successful results. Because of their dedication, lawyers from all over New York and other states refer clients to them.
We also fight for our clients who are faced with the significant emotional, financial and legal issues in family court and divorce matters.
Not only do the partners believe in doing the best for their clients, they also give back to the world community. Wein is on the Board of Directors of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis. LaFave has been involved in animal rights and rescue and has served as President of the Albany County Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Upstate and the Academy of Trial Lawyers Third Department.
The verdicts of the firm span decades and show continuing excellence. This includes the highest personal injury verdict in the US for the year 1996 by LaFave. Wein recently received a verdict against all four defendants on behalf of dozens of lakefront property owners as a result of the Hadlock Pond Dam failure. Frament is an active member in the New York State Trial Lawyer’s Association and the New York State Magistrate’s Association. All of the partners in the firm have consistently won significant verdicts.
“Together we are greater than the individual parts,” Wein says. “We make a great team that always provides clients with professional and experienced representation.”
