Verdicts of the Firm

The verdicts of the firm span decades and show continuing excellence. This includes the highest personal injury verdict in the US for the year 1996 by LaFave. Wein recently received a verdict against all four defendants on behalf of dozens of lakefront property owners as a result of the Hadlock Pond Dam failure. Frament is an active member in the New York State Trial Lawyer’s Association and the New York State Magistrate’s Association. All of the partners in the firm have consistently won significant verdicts.
