Michael worked in the insurance industry for 10 years. Before leaving insurance he was a Home Office Claims Examiner where he reviewed the handling of claims by branch offices. He also oversaw the handling of larger and more complex open claims being handled by branch offices. He granted authority to branch offices where settlement amounts exceeded branch office authority.

He has earned the CPCU designation (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter). Considered to be the standard setters of the industry, CPCUs have made a commitment to continuing education. He has also earned the AIC designation (Associate in Claims) again demonstrating his commitment to continuing education.

His background in insurance has been a tremendous asset in our handling of personal injury cases. He has been working with Cynthia (brother/sister) on behalf of personal injury clients for more than 20 years. He has always been and continues to be singularly committed to our clients and to their cases. His commitment to continuing education continues to this day.
