Jessica B. Rosenthal
Jessica B. Rosenthal is a Law Clerk at LaFave, Wein, Frament & Karic, PLLC, where she supports attorneys in a variety of matters with a primary focus on plaintiff personal injury litigation. A graduate of Albany Law School, Jessica earned her Juris Doctor in May 2026. She works closely with attorneys to support clients through emotionally challenging legal matters, and her empathy drives her approach to client service. Jessica is committed to ensuring that clients feel heard, supported, and understood throughout the litigation process while providing thoughtful, detail-oriented legal assistance.
Prior to attending law school, Jessica graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Philosophy. She also gained valuable experience working as a paralegal at a plaintiff personal injury law firm on Long Island, New York.
During her time at Albany Law School, Jessica was actively involved in several academic and professional organizations. She served as a Research Assistant to Professor Evelyn Tenenbaum, President of the Non-Traditional Law Students’ Association, and Treasurer of the Health Law Society. Jessica also served as an Associate Board Member of the Anthony V. Cardona ’70 Moot Court Program and was named the champion of the Karen C. McGovern Senior Prize Trials competition in Fall 2025.
Jessica joined the firm in August 2025 during her third year of law school. After earning her Juris Doctor and sitting for the New York State Bar Examination in July 2026, she returned to the firm as a full-time Law Clerk while awaiting admission to the New York State Bar.
