The verdicts of the firm span decades and show continuing excellence. This includes the highest personal injury verdict in the US for the year 1996 by LaFave. Wein recently received a verdict against all four defendants on behalf of dozens of lakefront property owners as a result of the Hadlock Pond Dam failure. Frament is an active member in the New York State Trial Lawyer’s Association and the New York State Magistrate’s Association.
