Maria Smith

Maria Smith is a legal assistant with LaFave Wein & Frament PLLC. In her role she completes intake paperwork for new clients along with completing discovery and handling other necessary paperwork.

Maria graduated with honors from University of Albany with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and also holds an associates degree in Human Resources from Columbia Greene Community College.

In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking, hiking, exploring new places and spending time with her family.
