What a wonderful evening at the recent St. Jude’s Gala! It was a pleasure to come together with so many members of our legal and local community for an evening centered on generosity, connection, and giving back.
Members of LaFave, Wein, Frament & Karic, PLLC were honored to attend, including Amina Karic and Paul Wein, who both serve on the St. Jude’s committee and helped bring this year’s Gala to life.
Paul’s connection to St. Jude is especially meaningful. As the founder of the Gala and an Emeritus Member of the Board of Governors of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Paul has long been dedicated to supporting its mission. As a parent of a former St. Jude patient, that commitment is also deeply personal. Paul had the honor of introducing this year’s 2026 Jane Golub Gift of Life Award Honoree, Paul Harding.
Most importantly, the evening was a tremendous success, raising more than $430,000 for St. Jude. That incredible total reflects the generosity of everyone who attended, sponsored, donated, and worked behind the scenes to make the event possible.
