Jenna McPhail
Litigation Paralegal
Jenna was born and raised in Scotia, New York and graduated from Scotia-Glenville High School in 1992. She went on to graduate from Schenectady County Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science, Paralegal Studies in 1997. The SCCC paralegal program is one of the relatively few paralegal programs in New York State which is approved by the American Bar Association. While in college Jenna completed a paralegal internship in the Schenectady County Family Court. Since graduating Jenna has attended several continuing legal education courses and seminars and has been a guest speaker at the Schenectady County Community College, for Paralegal students.
Subsequently Jenna worked as a Sr. Litigation Paralegal for over 10 years with a concentration on Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury. Then Jenna joined our team at LaFave, Wein & Frament, PLLC in April of 2011 with over 14 years experience as a paralegal. She currently works closely with the firm’s partners and works on all stages of a case, from inception to discovery through arbitration, mediation and trial. Jenna is skilled in factual research and analyzing medical cases.
In addition, Jenna serves as the Chairman of the Board of Fire Commissioners, Fire District #5 in the Town of Glenville and is a member of the Public Safety Board in the Town of Glenville and the American Association for Justice.
