Jason FramentMr. Frament practices primarily in the field of civil litigation, including personal injury, products liability, automobile accidents, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, premises liability and commercial litigation. He also focuses on real estate and criminal defense. Mr. Frament was elected and currently serves as Village Justice for the Village of Scotia.

Mr. Frament is admitted to practice law in New York State as well as the United States District Court, Northern District of New York. He is a member of the Albany and Schenectady County Bar Associations as well as the New York State Bar Association.

Mr. Frament is an active member in the New York State Trial Lawyer’s Association and the New York State Magistrate’s Association. Mr. Frament earned his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University in 2000 where he was a Dean’s List student. He graduated from the State University Of New York Institute of Technology in 1996.

Mr. Frament volunteers his time to assist the Schenectady and Albany County Bar Association’s mock trial tournaments. He lives in Scotia with his wife, Beverly and son, Joshua.
